Here Nandalal has made a drawing of a corn plant which is commonly known as 'Bhutta' in Bengal as mentioned in the inscription. It is a depiction of the anatomy of this plant complete with its tassels, leaves and stalks. There is another drawing of a stalk drawn adjacent to the main plant.
