Nandalal?s sketches provide a moving record of the life and natural environment in which he lived. In the above postcard sketch, Nandalal has rendered a sketch of a tree and the light which is coming out of the tree is giving a glimpse of a lady as the inscription suggest, executed in soft, linear pencil strokes without emphasising the details.
