Nandalal?s sketches provide a moving record of the life and natural environment in which he lived. In the above postcard sketch, Nandalal has rendered a sketch of a woman from back wearing an ornament on her head which is compared as to look like droplets of water on spider web as the inscription suggest, executed in soft, linear pencil strokes without emphasising the details.
