Nandalal has here sketched the Gaibinath Temple, in Sultanganj, Jharkhand, located amidst a river over a small hill, rendered in soft, smudged strokes. The dark scribbling on the hill highlights the thick foliage and the slight shading gives a ripple effect in the otherwise still water.
