Nandalal has here sketched a female figure from the back, reproduced in quick and lucid, contouring lines, from the 'Vidhurapandita Jataka' from cave no. 2 of the Ajanta caves. The mural depicts a gambling game between Purnaka (the Yaksha general) and King Dhananjaya (king of the Kuru kingdom). The female figure Nandalal has sketched, is a personal attendant of the king.
