In this postcard, Nandalal has rendered a template drawing probably for a wall decoration, executed with calligraphic contouring lines and filled with the primary colours of red and blue. He often made similar visual records, at times with notes and instructions. Here he has mentioned the dimensions to render the design in Bengali.
